Green Square Medical Practice understands that everyone is anxious about COVID19. We want to assure our regular patients that we are doing all that we can to remain safe and operational. We are screening patients for any flu symptoms and asking that they stay at home, and we have increased our cleaning schedule significantly. If you are a regular patient at the practice and are experiencing flu like symptoms, we can accommodate you with a phone consultation. Government policy is unclear as to if everyone will be eligible for a Medicare rebate. Phone consultations will be privately billed. For patient safety, it is important to conduct face-to-face consultations. Not every consultation is amenable to telehealth. Online bookings will not be available during COVID 19.
